I moved to New Jersey at the age of six and still reside here today. After attending the County College of Morris, I attended William Paterson University, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management. After college, I worked as a computer specialist and background investigator for the New York County District Attorney’s Office in lower Manhattan. In 1996, I was hired by a New Jersey police department. After graduating from the police academy, my career as a police officer was born. Throughout my long and exciting career, I had the opportunity to work in the patrol division, the traffic bureau, the motorcycle squad, and as an instructor for my department and the police academy. I dealt with thousands of police calls, ranging from the mundane to the unthinkable. The most interesting and unusual calls are compiled in this book. Since retiring from the police department, I enjoy spending time with my family, writing, reading, and riding my motorcycle. I am humbled to have served my community and enjoyed the privilege of making this world a better place.
